The Human Resource unit supports the mission of the College by modeling
a commitment to excellence in comprehensive recruitment, selection,
orientation, induction, and future-oriented development of staff to
instill confidence and pride in those who come in contact with the College
as an applicant, an employee, or a retiree.

Student Employment - If you
are a student looking for employment at NIACC, contact the
Financial Aid office to see if
you will qualify for the Federal or Institutional Work Study
programs. These programs provide part-time employment based upon the
student’s financial need. A variety of work opportunities are
available typically on campus, and at some off campus work sites.
